Auction Watch #158

I have to give credit where credit is due.

This seller had been attempting to sell various Class A figures since, at least, early June. The Red #125 was certainly the gem, but the rest were simply not as good. And very often the starting bid prices were laughable. Normally we see a seller stick to their belief that these figures must be “priceless, antiquities that will only magically continue to appreciate in value.”

Impressively – not this guy. He’s dropped all of his Class A and B auctions to starting bids of $0.99 and guess what? He has bids! He will make some money – which is the point of selling things on eBay.

Here are his three Class A auctions:

How far does #153 insanity go?

The last auction, M.U.S.C.L.E. muscle figures Claw MISB sealed 4 pack! Lot, is a lot of 10 Flesh figures and two Flesh 4-packs in ok to fair condition. Most collectors would probably agree that a lot like that should sell for approximately $40. Most collectors would also argue that the popularity of the #153 increases the value of that particular 4-pack.

Does it increase the price roughly 87.5%?

Logic would say no, but how far does #153 insanity go?
