Epilogue – Week of July 22nd

Two weeks ago I asked, “So who is the buyer for this listing?

Apparently there was someone. Sure, there was a #153 figure and a Satan Cross figure. But I still can’t believe this seller found his unicorn.

I imagine the buyer is happy. I know the seller is happy. I’m in a total state of disbelief.

As plasticfiend pointed out, we have seen some increase in 4-pack prices. I recently said the ebb-and-flow M.U.S.C.L.E. prices had died. I can’t imagine these higher prices sticking, but I could be wrong. If I am wrong, then we’re going to see a significant increase in irrelevant and AOTW 4-pack listings.

Time to take a look at the dumpster fire of M.U.S.C.L.E. listings on eBay.
Wow, this is the opposite of a dumpster fire. If you ignore the price.
Looks like Alex is selling a Purple #108. Hope it goes better than the iPhone scam.
This is closer to the dumpster fire I was expecting.
I like this listing, but the price and condition is hard to swallow.
You’d be missing Vol. 2 and Vol. 4 and those have some great figures. Plus it costs too much.
I’m glad it started at $0.99.

I made 10 pages. The dumpster fire was too much. I just couldn’t stomach any more irrelevant or AOTW-type listings. But there are four more AOTW listings worth acknowledging before I vomit.

There hasn’t been an Epilogue in two weeks. I left the voting open for two weeks. It led to possibly the greatest blowout in AOTW history.

I had a suspicion that the AOTW #3 might win, but I thought the other combatants would earn some votes. The Week #2 Winner’s return to the site was pretty epic.

The Week #2 Winner has dropped the price. The listing is now a $149.99. I think it could still win at that reduced price.

This is a M.U.S.C.L.E. website we can’t keep looking backwards all the time. We need to look forward too. Let’s take a look at the four new combatants for this week’s AOTW match-up.

The AOTW #1 is lot of ten dirty Flesh figures with a $30 BIN. What more needs to be said?

The AOTW #2 deserves your full attention. The AOTW #2 has an empty box with a $250. That’s right – EMPTY BOX. I couldn’t believe it. I had to double check.

The AOTW #3 has a filthy #114 figure. Selling such a dirty single figure is enough to earn entry into the tournament. The AOTW #3 decided to help their chances of winning by adding a $11.49 BIN.

Finally, the AOTW #4 is a Yellow #12 MUSCLEMANIA figure. This seller couldn’t win when he had a $15 version. He’s decided to take a real run at the title by increasing the BIN to $20. Wow.

Remember to cast your vote and crown this week’s AOTW. Here are the four combatants:
