It would be wonderful if the M.U.S.C.L.E. community reflected the real world. The biggest issues would be about lying or an auction price. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. The real world is a hard place.
M.U.S.C.L.E. collectors have (hopefully) already done, and continue to do, all they can to help the people of Japan (click here for donation options). Once again the University of M.U.S.C.L.E. is encouraging collectors to truly be part of a much larger community and help victims of the recent tornadoes that devastated the Midwest – specifically Joplin, MO.
All too often M.U.S.C.L.E. collectors throw around words like community or value. They cavalierly justify the dollar amounts that are spent on a few ounces of plastic. Hopefully M.U.S.C.L.E. collectors are able step back and gain some perspective.
The University of M.U.S.C.L.E. encourages all M.U.S.C.L.E. collectors to donate $10 to the Red Cross. Here are the two easiest ways:
1. You can text REDCROSS to 90999 to donate $10 to American Red Cross Disaster Relief, which helps people affected by disasters like the recent tornadoes and wildfires, as well as countless other crises at home and around the world.
2. Donate Online to the Red Cross.
As long as collectors donate then they are encouraged to check out the following auctions:
