The last Manufacturing Error update came from Wesley S. almost one year ago.
Funny thing. Around the same time, about a year ago, he sent some additional pictures that never got added to the Manufacturing Error archives. That oversight is being corrected today.
Below are the three figures with errors that Wesley sent in to be added to the archives.

Multiple Errors
The #166 figure is especially interesting. Not only is there significant problems with the right arm, but both of the feet are not fully formed.
It may be arguably the second worst error after the #61 error figure.
