Manufacturing Error Figure Updates

Three new M.U.S.C.L.E. figures have been added to the visual archive of Manufacturing Error figures. The first figure, originally seen on eBay, is arguably the most exciting addition to the archive. It is the wildly popular Satan Cross Non-Poster figure. The figure has an injection tag of considerable size – currently the largest documented injection molding tag on a M.U.S.C.L.E. figure

The next two figures come from a M.U.S.C.L.E. collector known by his LittleRubberGuys.com name ALLSPORTDVD. The first of the two figures is a #24 figure. Both of the #24 figure’s hands are improperly formed. Likely the result of an insufficient amount of plastic being injected into the mold.

The second of the two figures is a #77 figure. At first glance it looks as if the lower left hand has simply been cut off, but it is the upper left hand that shows the deformity is actually a manufacturing error. It appears that both of the left hands are deformed as a result of an insufficient amount of plastic being injected into the mold.

As a side note to the #24 figure – not only are his hands improperly formed, but a closer inspection of his head shows that the corners are not formed in a cube shape but more rounded. This is more evident if it’s put next to another #24
