Wolf Voigt Custom Figure Review

Art 100 highlights creators who simply mimicked the M.U.S.C.L.E. figures. Art 200 highlights custom pieces of art for M.U.S.C.L.E. collectors. When Wolf Voigt’s custom figures started to appear and get noticed by the M.U.S.C.L.E community it was not immediately clear which, if any, course classification he deserved. A review of one of his figures might help clear up that confusion.

What was the Biggest M.U.S.C.L.E. Event 0f 2009?

In 2007 and then, again, in 2008 Nathan’s M.U.S.C.L.E. Page presented a “Year in Review” feature. Nathan’s M.U.S.C.L.E. Page was unable to put together a list this year, so the task has been given to the University of M.U.S.C.L.E.

Wolf Voigt – Custom Figures

Recently on Auction Watch #22 an auction with a custom #153 was featured. Not much information was known about the creator of this figure. Recently the University of M.U.S.C.L.E. contacted the seller wanting to know a little more about the creator. It turns out his name is Wolf Voigt.

Auction Watch #22

It appears that the monopoly held on custom M.U.S.C.L.E. figures by Marty Hansen (TheGodbeast) could be challenged by a currently unknown seller outside of the M.U.S.C.L.E. community. The seller, Alteriormotive, has several custom creations for sale on eBay currently. It is his color changing #153 figure that is currently the most interesting and unique for M.U.S.C.L.E. collectors.

Manufacturing Error Figures

M.U.S.C.L.E. figures were created using an injection molding process. This process reduces cost, increases efficiency, and produces an outstanding final product. However, it is impossible to have a 100% perfect production process. Errors and slight abnormalities will occasionally arise.
