11-Pack Error or Regular 10-Pack?

How Much Is
This Worth?!?!

The UofMUSCLE@gmail gets a lot of different questions submitted. The vast majority of the time it is price related. Here’s a more recent example:

I have a flesh Mito. What’s it worth? Also “The Announcer” (no picture) both from the 80’s.

However, sometimes a question like the SGS one comes through and makes answering all of the other ones well worth the time.

This question is harder to answer. A M.U.S.C.L.E. collector named David said he had a 10-pack with 11 figures inside of it. He had been trying to identify the figures inside the 10-pack and ended up identifying 11 figures: Light Blue #28, Red #29, Magenta #30, Green #35, Purple #50, Dark Blue #85, Magenta #96, Orange #125, Orange #138, Red #206, and Purple #221.

I have to admit. I had a tough time. It wasn’t perfectly clear to me.

I don’t think the wrapper has been tampered with, and I don’t think David is trying to fool anybody. My gut says overenthusiastic identification. But maybe someone else can look at these pictures and crack the code.

Is this a 11-pack error or a incorrectly identified 10-pack?

A tough call, I love the Larry David pic. But I voted 11-pack error just because it’s more exciting.

Pictures don’t do any good to know how many figures are in the can. But I think it is a real 11 pack error. I have a MUSCLE can error with 13 figures tightly packed.
