I missed SUS last week. It was a bad week to miss.
Five years, and a week, ago SGS came into our M.U.S.C.L.E. lives. I have nothing but the fondest memories of this event.
It sounds a bit melodramatic, but I wonder if we’ll ever find another figure like this? I think there will always be cool things like The Body Building or more copies of Non-Poster figures.
I have significant doubts we’ll ever see something like SGS again.
New Alpha Non-Poster M.U.S.C.L.E. Figure: Salmon Geronimo Shouting
The website review was dying and WR #14 was one of the last gasps. Social media really killed websites. Facebook and Instagram provide people all the visibility with not even a fraction of the work. That’s not a bad thing; it’s just interesting to me. The death of Website Review was a hint of the future. The Pez flashback was a hint too. The UofM Flashback never took off, but it did turn into SUS two years later.
I also really like these two Epilogues. The cruel shoes made me smile again. The covers made me laugh again. Emily Davis impressed me again when I listened to it. I was curious what she was doing five years later. Well, she opened for Greg Graffin from Bad Religion. Holy shit. Well done Emily. I liked her newest original video too. I loved her Leave it Alone cover.
The 14th Epilogue isn’t as strong, but I LOVED finding out about that picture. Check out how bad it could have looked.

Jay was the buyer.
I remember someone telling me he bought it for Alex. But I don’t know that to be 100% true.
